• Leads software, hardware, and server issues resolution for APAC. Provides international support to all offices abroad as needed. Daily coverage averages on 91% of issues either resolved or close to a resolution. • Project lead and liaison for orchestrating MSA and SOW contracts with vendors for internal maintenance. Efficiently corresponds between independent channels professionally leaving all parties with the experience of direct yet pleasant communication. • Heads all inventory management via Excel and SnipeIT, as well as organizing international shipping and stocking. During a recent transition from Self Service to SnipeIT coordinated a mass movement of assets by ensuring all assets on a company wide scale were correctly labeled and accounted for. Established a relationship with the vendor Arrow Technologies to utilize their recycling services of obsolete and decommissioned hardware. • Uses independent knowledge of Python and scripting languages to troubleshoot software issues via Terminal and create novel formulas requested in Microsoft Excel. Continually engaging in self study to keep knowledge up to date. For example studied Biamp software via TesiraFORTÉ certification training to troubleshoot frequent sound issues in conference rooms. Was able to create working solution by identifying a server side problem. This custom solution helped to streamline a normally tedious problem solving process. • Assists Twitter BlueRoom production technologies and Periscope streaming support. Includes setting up for filming live conferences, sound support, camera operation, and microphone support. Runs 2-5 conferences on a monthly basis. • Leads correspondence and organization of office hardware delivery and installation. For example, recently worked closely with vendors to ensure the office is ready for new USB-C technology before its introduction and was able to smoothly upgrade the office to the new format. • Actively creates documentation and leadership materials to add to company knowledge base and office use. For example, when a new interface was launched for meeting creation and scheduling, created a detailed outline and walkthrough for all office employees.
• Instructor for 22 classes weekly from kindergarten to private adult classes. Class size would range from individual lesson to groups of 15+ children. Organized lesson plans that would take in consideration of each group’s different interests and abilities while building on their language level. • Developed creative approaches to incorporate real world situations to the classroom, adding an additional layer of practicality to the basic lesson guideline. • Created cooking classes for interactive language learning. Incorporated group work, inter-group communication, and allowing for natural scenarios for the use of the English language. Students responded positively by become more interactive with the lessons, showing curiosity, and asking more questions.
• Certified in all hardware and software certification exams necessary for Apple Certified Mac Technicians. This includes having an in depth knowledge on all Mac hardware, devices, and software like iMovie, photos, iWork suit, iTunes, etc. • Consistently set the record for most daily appointments, averaging over 60 sessions. Exceeds at multitasking and efficiently organizing tasks. Efforts were reflected in scores of 90% or over from customer feedback. Mentored newly onboarded employees. • Communicated regularly with superiors about any issues and workflow. Would proactively provide solutions while making sure all stakeholder was looped into the conversation. For example, suggesting group seating to simplify multitasking among customers. This created a group dynamic with a strong sense of rapport during their appointments, while also making the individual’s issue easier to maintain and resolve for the employee. • Kept customer’s data and confidential documents as a top priority, while strived to learn new, more efficient, methods to deep dive various hardware and software issues. • Could confidently settle any stressful situation between co workers or customers by prioritizing steps needed for conflict resolution.
• Main responsibilities included delegating all project rights to employees and team leaders in order to have efficient and timely product launches. Was responsible for several internal applications and their customer base. Included situations such as creating workarounds for applications that we did not have API access for. Received high performance feedback for in the number of application conflicts resolved. • Worked primarily with Windows machines and software, including server maintenance and monitoring as well as printer mapping. Led initiatives on new projects to correct printer errors via Java scripting and system reorganization resulting in 99% printing success rate from 85%. • Gathered information on all applications to create proper documentation and technical writing in order to train incoming team members, as well as build a trusted knowledge base. By maintaining proper documentation, the organization was able to smoothly adjust to any changes in the teams. • Headed the rollout of Office 365 to the office. Offered guidance and developed workshops to educate employees on how to utilize and customize the new platform so it would align with their needs.
