This study analyzes the game of greenery provision in urban residential area. The game of greenery is a game situation to be selected and decided by game players to provide greenery or not. To do so, I carried out two types of analyses, namely quantitative analysis of questionnaire survey and optimal scaling analysis to derive the following results. (1) Persons who feel themselves not evaluated to provide greenery from neighborhood are low in consciousness and motivation to provide greenery. (2) Persons who are low in consciousness and motivation to provide greenery are likely to become free riders. (3) The game of greenery generically was is conforming to "prisoner's dilemma game", but it can become other game situations. To find the game of greenery and to implement fitting measures at the area, there are likely to contribute to building town with abundant green.
