GR(government relations) intern Responsibilities: - Support to draft and implement ByteDance's strategy on Policy Programs and CSR activity, working closely with Head & Managers of Public Policy Japan and cross-functional teams including policy, communication, legal, operation, trust & safety, marketing, sales, user growth, etc - Support to collaborate with public sector stakeholders such as central & local governments, NPO/NGO to form partnerships and organize external policy activities including campaigns, seminars and conference, etc - Support to survey, analyze and report on regulatory policy issues on the company's core business - Devise explanatory and use-case materials on the company's product and technology toward public sector stakeholders - Communicate with internal & external stakeholders both in English and Japanese with public sector-oriented manners - Conduct necessary internal process on finance; contract and payment Qualifications: - Strong interest in IT and internet-related advocacy, public policy and communication with central & local governments, NPO/NGO - Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and under tight deadlines in collaboration with a wide array of cross-functional teams across the company - Analytical, problem solving and communication skills with a self-starter mind - Language skill : Proficiency in English in both conversation and writing Fluency in Japanese in both conversation and writing - High-level skill to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint ＊出勤条件としては、半年以上、週に三回（月曜から金曜まで、朝10時から午後7時まで）の出勤が必要でございます。 ＊インターンシップへの参加と、正社員採用については一切の関係がございません。インターンシップへの参加有無に関わらず、正社員ポジションへ応募される場合は、採用ホームページをご確認頂き、該当ポジションへの応募をお願いします。尚、2020年度におきまして、インターンに参加頂いた方の中から、正社員ポジションに応募し、入社に至った社員は７名おります。
