職務内容:
As a product marketing Manager, you will:
1. Develop go-to-market strategy for TikTok's new product features with a focus on measuring impacts for successful launch and ensuring flawless execution and operations in the post-mortem
2. Partner closely with Algo/Product/Ops teams to gain understanding of the most nascent TikTok product functions and roadmaps, and share launch plans with Marketing team
3. Lead as a point person for the global projects and initiatives and work with cross-functional teams for localization and execution in Japan
4. Synthesize local learnings and develop best practices to share globally
5. Collect local feedback and make recommendations to product improvements for accelerating user growth
募集条件:
1. Bachelor’s degree or above
2. 5+ years of experience working in product marketing, product management, management consulting, product strategy or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering on strategy and go-to-market)
3. Fluency in spoken and written Japanese and English
4. A fast learner with a good sense of judgment and original thinking. Ability to thrive in ambiguity and adjust quickly to change
5. Intellectual curiosity and ready to learn new skills and knowledge
6. Good business/data analytical and problem-solving abilities
7. Globally-minded and comfortable working with people from different cultural backgrounds
