業務内容:
- Find suitable candidates through various channels, responsible for preliminary communication and resume screening
- Follow up on interviews, coordinate interviews with interviewers and candidates, and facilitate the interview process
- Manage positions and candidate information and perform rudimentary data analysis
- Responsible for translating various internal HR-related documents and conducting brief employee training
応募条件:
- Business level of Japanese and English
- Students with understandings of Japanese business culture and interest in internet and content platform preferred
- Understanding of human resource operations, professional background in human resource management or future HR aspirants preferred
- Excellent communication skills and strong sense of execution, teamwork and responsibility
- Excellent data analysis and logical thinking skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, Excel, Word.
- Able to work at least 3 days per week between Monday and Friday
