業務内容 - Draft, review and negotiate a wide variety of agreements including service, development, advertising, entertainment, influencer and promotion agreements and NDAs; develop contract models and templates as necessary; - Collaborate with various stakeholders throughout the company (country, regional and headquarter teams) to provide legal support for various projects and initiatives in different jurisdictions in the region; - Advise on various compliance and litigation matters concerning all products and business campaigns in different jurisdictions in the region; - Provide timely updates on development of legal and policy environment that would have impact on our business in a jurisdiction in the region; - Work closely with regional policy, PR, trust and safety teams and provide legal and strategic advice on various regulatory and compliance matters; - Source and manage outside counsels and local firms to provide necessary legal support and ensure the quality of their work products and cost efficiency. 応募資格 - LLB+LLM, or J.D with 3-5 years of post qualification experience; - Good standing with at least one State Bar in the region; - Strong contract drafting and fluent in written and oral English; - Experience with multinationals and/or large internet companies; - Detail-focused combined with strategic vision; - Self-starter and a team builder, strict adherence to confidentiality and professional obligations; - Experience working with teams comprised of diverse backgrounds, senior management as well as individual contributors; - Experience in content businesses and social platforms is a big plus; - Specialties in privacy, labor and compliance, etc., is a plus;
