As a new team member

We’re seeking a Business Development Executive to join the EngX1 team. As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be securing new business opportunities and developing relationships to grow our company. You’ll be responsible for prospecting potential clients and provide consultation to them to find cost-effective solutions for their business. He/She must have a passion to help business owners in their digitalisation journeys by understanding their organisations and present digital solutions to solve their challenges. Responsibilities: - Drive the entire sales cycle – from leads generation, initial customer engagement, qualifying, consultation to closure. - Prospect for potential customers using cold calling. - Qualify prospects against company criteria for ideal customers and sales. - Consult with prospect about business challenges and requirements with analysis of costs and benefits. - Report on sales activity on a weekly basis. - Be a positive representative of the company. Requirements: - Hunter mentality and a “no fear” approach to prospecting corporate clients - A self-starter - Ability to communicate efficiently and possess strong presentation skills - A strong work ethic, positive attitude and genuine desire to learn Freelancers and Interns are welcome too.
