▶︎ Developed qualified candidate pool via various sourcing strategies, including databases, social media and referrals. ▶︎ Conducted screening interviews to understand and assess applicants through detailed conversation, and made arrangement with clients to put forward potential candidates.

Event Management: ▶︎ Managed large scale product launches and VIP events with existing/ potential customers and media to generate demand for Canon business products and services. ▶︎ Collaborated with business partners, vendors, PR agencies and internal departments for corporate events.

▶︎ Initiated the idea and set up the 3-day programme from scratch; promoted volleyball and built strong relationship with university players around the UK. ▶︎ Worked closely with a team of 4 and managed all portfolios to ensure the event was on track, including operation, finance, marketing, design, and social activities. ▶︎ Reduced operation cost by 25% through affiliation with university and obtaining discounts in accommodation/ court booking and meal ordering.

My dissertation focused on the role of visual materials in testing effect.

To expand my study on top of Psychology, I did Arts (Japanese and Korean), Commerce (Management and Marketing) and Food Science. I represented UNSW at Australian University Games and Eastern University Games, and USYD at Sydney Volleyball League and State Volleyball NSW State Cup. Also danced with Ministry of Dance Society.
