Xin chào , I'm Taku from Japan ,Engineering staff of PASONA TECH VIETNAM.
I had worked in Sales staff for 3 years in Japan.
And now I just started to work in Vietnam.
First day, I was very surprised the different culuture between Japan and Vietnam.
The most surprising thing is Nap time, “Ngủ trưa”.
The sleeping style is a variety of each of wokers.
Someone is lying down on the desk and someone is sleeping on the floor with a mat.
We, Japanese don’t have such like the culture.
If we take a nap in Japanese office, our boss will get angry.
I’ve already tried to take a nap but I couldn’t sleep in office.
It’s might be one of the Vietnamese Business Skill ??

私は日本で3年間営業として働いた後、今年の10月よりベトナムで仕事を開始しています。
私がベトナムで就業開始した初日、とても驚いたことがありました。
それはお昼休憩の時間に消灯し、”昼寝”をすることです。
寝るスタイル人によって異なり、机にそのまま突っ伏して寝る方もいれば、床にマットを敷くという本格的な方もいます。
日本では基本的に昼寝の文化はなく、普通に上司に怒られると思います。笑
私も早速昼寝を実践してみましたが、慣れないもので中々寝付けないものですね！
これもベトナム流のビジネススキルの一つなのかもしれませんね。
