デザインフェスタでは日本人だけではなく、イギリス人、韓国人、台湾人など色んな国出身のスタッフがチームとなり働いています。デザインフェスタは語学（英語、韓国語、中国語）を活かしたお仕事が豊富な会社です！

あわせて、デザインフェスタやデザインフェスタギャラリーに出展される方々や来場される方々も外国人のアーティストが多いので、常に外国人と繋がってコミュニケーションすること、楽しく実践的な語学スキルとアートイベントの運営を習得することが出来ます。

About our members who are working at Design Festa, there are not all Japanese but from various countries such as British, Korean, and Taiwanese.

Design Festa is a company with abundant work environment that makes staffs to experience and use more than one language ​​like English, Korean and Chinese.

Moreover, there are many foreign artists join Design Festa every year. You can always work with Japanese and foreigners, learn language skills practically, know how to manage and hold the big art event in Japan.

★実際の仕事内容について

デザインフェスタは全ての「表現したい」アーティストを応援します。

アートイベントの運営につきましては、全体ビジョンから中長期的な計画を作って、あわせて出展形式に沿って担当者にタスクを分配します。例えばブース、ワークショップ、ライブペイント、ショーステージ、パフォーマンスエリア、フードエリアなど分野に分かれて、事前のイベント準備と業者対応、出展者様からの問い合わせ対応を年間スケジュールと照らし合わせながら進める作業になります。全員はワンチームの一員としてお互い勉強し、あらゆるデザインフェスタイベントの業務をサポートします。

Design Festa supports all the artists who "want to express" their artworks. Not only set a vision and goal for the event, each staff is in charge according to the exhibition areas such as booth, workshop, live painting, show stage, performance area and food area, etc. You will follow the annual schedule to do the tasks to proceed the preparations for the event in advance, correspondence with traders and connect with various artists from different countries. In our company, everyone will be a member of "one team”, learn from each other and support the Design Festa event.

★「デザインフェスタ」イベントの当日！

2020年11月、運営スタッフとして初めてデザインフェスタに参加しました。当日に出展者や来場者が楽しむ姿を見て、さすがアジア最大級の規模を誇るアート・デザインのイベントだと思いました。「表現している全ての人の為に開かれた場所を作る」のコンセプト通りに、皆様の作品を通して表現力をたくさん感じまして、とても感動しました。「デザインフェスタ」をずっと守りたいという気持ちも生まれました。

ところで、運営スタッフ側として、初めて参加することは……すごく緊張しました！事前の準備や当日の現場対応など、細かいところまで気配りするのは大変なのですが、やっぱり楽しいこともありました！当日にお客様や色んな業者の人々と交流したり、デザインフェスタのファンや仲間を増やすことができて、とても良い機会となりました。

As one of the biggest art event in Asia, with the concept of "creating an open place for all who want expressing" that makes artists and visitors could enjoy. Another side for the staffs, it will be the busiest time and feel a little bit nervous especially at the first time. Every staff need to pay more attention to the details such as preparations, visitors and traders on the day, maybe you will feel tired but it's really fun! You can interact with customers and people from various vendors, get more Design Festa fans and friends. It is a great opportunity to communicate with different people.

★担当者の感想について

ショーステージとパフォーマンスエリアの担当として、事前に出演者様へ色々な連絡が必要です。皆様から出演の内容や宣伝用の写真をいただくことから、当日のタイムテーブルや使う機材等の色々な部分についての音響業者さんやグラフィックデザイナーとのご相談に至るまで、全て気配りしました。実際当日に皆様の出演の様子を見て、本当に感動でいっぱいになりました。舞台上の素晴らしいパフォーマンスは一生懸命の練習を重ねた結果でした。自分は皆様を全力でサポートした分、この仕事の価値を感じて達成感に包まれました。

As the person in charge of the show stage and performance area, I have to contact and confirm many details with all artists frequently. Such as the performance contents, promotion photos, timetable on the day and music equipments, etc. I took care of everything including confirming with sound technician and graphic designers.

On the event day, I was really impressed to see everyone's show and performance. The wonderful performance on the stage was the result of repeated hard practice and efforts. As a supporter, I can feel the value of this job and proud of it!
