Hello! I’m Tatsuro Sakamoto working at SPeak as an intern.

ついこの間2020年が始まったというのにもう2月も半ばですね〜！

この調子だと多分明日くらいにはもうオリンピックが始まっているような気がします。。。笑

It is surprising that it’s already February! I feel 2020 started yesterday!

If I notice, Maybe the Olympics will start tomorrow.

今日は SPeakで共にインターンシップをしている

健気な笑顔がカワイイ　Tim Pathit （パティット）にインタビューしました！！！

Today I will interview Tim Pathit who is working at SPeak as an intern with me!!

He is adorable, moreover, he has a great smile!

SPeakはinternationalな職場なので日英両方でインタビューします！！

Because SPeak is the international workplace, I will interview in both English and Japanese!

Q１

自己紹介をしてください！Please introduce yourself !!

（パティット）

僕は１９９７年１２月３１日にタイはバンコクで生まれました！２２歳です！現在は４年制大学に学生として通っています！

まだ将来やりたいことが決まっていません！（笑）

でも好きなことは『外に行って、自分の大好きなカメラと共にいろいろな写真を撮ること』です！

I was born in Bangkok, Thailand on 31,December,1997 ! I am now 22 years old. I am a student in a four-year university.

I have not decided what to do in the future…! But I love to take photos with my lovely Camara!

みんなそんなもんです（笑）好きなことをし続けれたらいいですね！

ちなみに今使っているカメラの機種は？？

僕もカメラ好きなので（笑）

Yes… everyone has the same problem in their life!

But it is nice to do things that you like!!

By the way, what Camera do you use ?? I like cameras too!

なんでインターンをSPeakでしようと思った？ Why did you choose SPeak as an intern?

（パティット）

まず、Internationalな職場だから！！といった様々な国の人がいてとてもGlobal！！

しかも、当時SPeakは動画制作できる人を探していたみたいで丁度僕もインターンを探していたので、、、facebookで見つけました（笑）

Needless to say that because SPeak is an international workplace! It is a global athomospher , people come from Japan, America, Indonesia and Switzerland etc.

Moreover I was looking for an intern opportunity. And “There was !” SPeak was looking for a camera director on facebook!

今、SPeakで何をしている？ What are you doing at SPeak ??

（パティット）

今はSPeakでの写真を撮影をしたり、動画編集をしたりしています！　

SPeakが何か世界にコンテンツを発信したい時はカメラ片手に写真や動画を撮っています！

I am responsible for taking photos and videos editing it in SPeak!

When the SPeak wants to publish their idea to the world, I will take a photo or video to make contents!

はい！

カメラは『さまざまなストーリーを人に伝える力がある』と思っています！

Yes ! I believe that cameras have the power to transmit the story of the target.

SPeakで働いてどのような成長が出来た？？ How did you progress yourself through Speak??

（パティット）

まず僕は自分のスケジュール管理 です！はじめは、まだ学生と社会人の間でもあり責任をしっかり持つことができなかったりという感じでした。だから変わろう！って思いました！！責任のある、時間が守れるように。そうすることで人としても成長できています。

That is a difficult question … but I guess time management. When I first started, I was struggling to balance between academic, part-time jobs and internship. So I decided to make some changes! Now I think I am becoming a better professional each day.

SPeak の強みはどこですか ？　　　　　　　　　　　What is the strength in Speak？

（パティット）

強みですか！それは Borderless であること！そこから多様なアイデアが出ると思っています！！

The strength of SPeak is “Borderless”! According to that we can come up with many diverse ideas!

（たっちゃん）

確かに！働いていてそう感じます！

Absolutely!! I feel the same as you do!!

（パティット）

それとSPeakが何かする時、大多数の人のために考えているのはもちろん、その他のひとり一人のことを考えているということも重要です！

Moreover, SPeak chrish to consider not only about the majority in society but also individuals.

（たっちゃん）

そうですね！SPeakは 『U.F.O　−　User-FUTURE Oriented』自分中心の考え方でなく、いつでもユーザーにフォーカス。ということを大切にしていますからね！！

I agree with you! 『U.F.O　−　User-FUTURE Oriented』is one of the valuse that SPeak focsus on. Not to be selfish, always focus on the user.

どんな人と働きたい？？　　　　　　　　　　　　　What kind of people would you like to work with??

（パティット）

どんな人、、、それはやっぱり『クリエイティブ』、『一生懸命』な人！

Let me think … OK! I want to work with people who are “creative” and “hard-working”.

（たっちゃん）

わかる！！（それは僕のことか？！）

Of Course! (is that me???:) )

（パティット）

でも、やる時はやる！けど厳しすぎる人はダメです！落ち着きがあって一緒に楽しくできる人がいいですね！

『しっかりコミュニケーションできる』、『周りの人に対しての理解がある』ということも大切です！

But I don't want to work with people who are too strict. People have to know how to rise to the occasion when necessary. And also it is necessary to have a kindness and sense of humor.

“Able to communicate well” and “have understanding to other people ” are important things as well.

SPeak ってそんな雰囲気だ！！！

ヒロミさん（CEO）だ！（笑）

That kind of person is Mr.Hiromi (CEO)

という感じで最後はヒロミさんを褒めて終わりました！（笑）

パティットは明るく話しやすい温厚な人ですね〜！それが一つのSPeakの側面ではないかと思います！！

これからもパティットと楽しく働きたいですね！！

Pathit is the person who is gentle and easy to speak! I think that is one of the SPeak’s aspects.
